The combination of outer hexagon and inner hexagon spring washer bolt is a special fastener. it combines the characteristics of outer hexagon bolt and inner hexagon bolt. is equipped with spring washer and flat washer. is tightened together by rubbing teeth to form three assemblies . This bolt combination usually has high strength and self-locking properties suitable for applications requiring heavy loads and vibration.
The combination of outer and inner hexagonal spring washer bolts has the following advantages:
Good self-locking, pre-tightening contact area is large, pre-tightening force: suitable for the need to bear greater impact, vibration or alternating load occasions.
Full thread length range: can be used for short nominal length or require longer thread occasions.
Flexible head design: outer hexagon bolt head can be used for occasions where large pre-loading force is required, while the inner hexagon bolt head is small, is suitable for small space, and is not easy to damage the surface of the connected piece.
It has a wide range of applications, is mainly used in railway and highway Bridges, boiler steel structure, industrial plants, high-rise civil buildings, tower mast structure and lifting machinery need to use high strength bolt combination occasions.
