From plastic granule to yarn, the initial step is crucial. Yarn tear strength determines the fabric's tear resistance. Fabrics are customized per client specifications, based on GSM, mesh, and tarp density. Double-sided lamination completes the tarpaulin rolls, which are then cut and tailored to the client's requested size.

Our stringent QC system ensures each product is inspected before and after production. Any issues are promptly addressed.

The final step involves packaging tarpaulins in various sizes for diverse purposes. Options include carton boxes, bale packages, roll packages, and more.
