1. The SHXJ1500 is built with a robust structure, featuring a top beam

The left side houses a driven large flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit, which precisely controls the tension or release of the diamond wire while maintaining optimal pressure. On the right side, a driving flywheel and main motor are installed, enabling the wire speed to be adjusted between 0-40m/s via an inverter. This versatile machine can handle a variety of stone materials.
2. The machine's operations are governed by a sophisticated four-axis linkage CNC system. Servo systems manage both the lifting mechanism and trolley movement, while a step system controls the guide wheel rotation.
3. Operators can easily write programs and input cutting parameters directly on the CNC control panel. For intricate designs, graphics can be drawn in AutoCAD and saved as DXF files. The CNC system reads these files and automatically generates the required program when a U disk is inserted into the USB interface.
