Working principle and characteristics:
1. This equipment is a precision polishing equipment, the grinding and polishing mold is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the correction wheel drives the rotation of the mold, the pressure cylinder puts pressure on the mold, and the mold and the grinding disc make relative running friction to achieve the purpose of grinding and polishing.
2. The dressing mechanism of the grinding disc adopts the reciprocating motion of the oil pressure suspended guide rail, and the diamond shaving knife trims the grinding surface of the grinding disc precisely to obtain the ideal plane effect.
3. The equipment pressurizes the workpiece by cylinder pressurization, and the pressure is adjustable;
4. The equipment adopts PLC program control system, touch screen operation panel, grinding disk speed and timing can be directly input on the touch screen.
