Characteristics
1. The machine consists of roving racks, resin bath, winding, unwinding,heating oven, traction machine, cutter and racks for finished products.
2. Winding device adopts gear drive to wind the bolt thread, the winding speed is controlled by frequency inverter.
3. Unwinding device adopts pros-and-cons gear crew drive to achieve reciprocating unwinding.
4. Heating oven adopts cast aluminium heater and intelligent temperature controller. The heating box is mesh structure which is easy to open to clean the dropping resin, filled with insulation materials inside the box.
5. The machine can produce two pieces of rebar at the same time.
