1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with our own production facilities.  As indicated on our store page, we are a manufacturer and trader certified by TOV Rheinland.  We have not only our own factory but also hundreds of partners through China, which means we can supply not only our own products but also other categories to meet your needs.
2.  Are samples available to us?
A: Yes.  We are pleased to provide sample to you for testing the quality and market.
3.Do you provide OEM services?
A: Yes.  We provide OEM manufacturing, including product design, packaging design and label design.
4.  Can we get spare parts of pneumatic tools?
A:Yes.  We provide parts for all pneumatic tools in our stock.
5.  Are the colors customizable?
 A:Yes. We can customize colors for the paintings or galvanization up on you request.
6. What is your lead time?
A:Commonly it takes us 15-30 days to get the products ready for shipment, depending on the quantity of your order.
7. What are the payment terms?
A:As a common practice, 30% advancement T/T and 70% balance T/T prior to shipment.
8. What is the minimum order quantity? Can I mix different sizes in one container?
A:Normally the minimum order quantity is 200 boxes for each product. We do accept mix sizes in one container.
9. Do you have a quality control procedure in place?
A:Yes. We do have a quality control procedure and we operate to the highest quality standards in the industry. All products will be tested before shipment. This has been widely acknowledged by our customers.
