Ultrafine sulfur grinding is usually done by grinding sulfur particles/blocks with a mill.
During the sulfur grinding and collection process, due to the characteristics of sulfur itself, sulfur powder may be affected by friction, static electricity, thermal ignition, etc., causing sulfur powder to stick together due to static adsorption, which may cause explosions in confined spaces and pose safety hazards to the process.
Over the years, FTL has provided sulfur ultrafine grinding equipment and processes for hundreds of customers, and has accumulated rich practical experience and mature equipment. In response to the generation of heat and static electricity, cooling and explosion-proof safety designs such as nitrogen circulation system, cold air device, explosion-proof motor, anti-static PE laminated filter bag, and explosion-proof diaphragm are used to ensure the safety of the entire process and operators.
Application:
(1) Medical applications: disinfection and sterilization. Sulfur powder has a disinfection and sterilization effect and can be used in medicine to treat skin diseases.
(2) Agricultural applications: pest control. In agriculture, sulfur powder is used to control pests and diseases, and has an inhibitory effect on pests and pathogens on a variety of crops.

The material enters the grinder through the quantitative feeding system, the grinded sulfur powder enters the classifying area, the qualified products are collected and packed, the coarse powder returns to the grinder area for further grinding, completing a grinding operation. After passing through the induced draft fan, the nitrogen is filtered and cooled down before entering the secondary air outlet of the grinder host, completing a cycle.
The whole process PLC strictly controls the oxygen content, and when the oxygen content exceeds the standard, nitrogen is automatically replenished to ensure the safety of the whole grinding system.
This system has a clear process route, compact system design, good stability, high efficiency and energy saving, easy operation and maintenance of equipment, less peripheral supporting equipment, reducing the scale of building construction, and has a high cost performance.
