COMPACT CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR

The CDC compact cartridge dust collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the system, larger and heavier particles are effectively captured and deposited at the bottom of the dust collection box, thanks to the initial filtration process. Simultaneously, finer and lighter dust particles are intercepted on the outer surfaces of the cartridges. Clean air then passes seamlessly through the inner walls of the cartridges, ensuring it enters the clean room and is efficiently discharged by the fan.

For optimal maintenance, the dust collector is equipped with an advanced automatic cleaning system. Upon activation, the electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to be directed through the blowing pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surfaces, gathering it in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation design ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency, dramatically reducing the risk of secondary dust accumulation and ensuring a consistently clean environment.
