The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers tailored cartridge selections based on varying dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the collector, larger, heavier particles naturally settle at the bottom of the dust collection box during initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer, lighter dust particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, ensuring only clean air passes through the inner walls of the cartridges and is then discharged into the clean room by the fan.

Our state-of-the-art dust collector employs an automatic cleaning system for optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve activates, allowing compressed air to forcefully blow through the pipes onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse of air effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is then efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The innovative vertical cartridge installation ensures exceptional pulse cleaning efficiency while preventing any secondary dust accumulation.
