Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers customizable cartridges tailored to various dust conditions. When dusty exhaust enters this efficient collector, larger, heavier particles are immediately separated and settle at the bottom of the dust collection box due to initial filtration. Finer, lighter dust particles are expertly intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges, while only clean air passes through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room for discharge by the fan.

The dust collector employs an advanced automatic cleaning system to maintain optimal performance. An electromagnetic valve precisely opens, allowing compressed air to rush through blowing pipes and onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring it is efficiently collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation is meticulously designed to ensure superior pulse cleaning efficiency and to effectively prevent secondary dust accumulation.

Product Characteristics
Crafted with a more integrated design, this dust collector requires minimal space. It boasts an efficient pulse dust cleaning filter system,
featuring a cartridge and automatic pulse back-blowing mechanism, making it perfect for handling general dry dust with a robust maximum air
volume capacity ranging from 1800-3600 m³/h.

FORMED FILTER CARTRIDGE
Incorporating a unique round filter cartridge on a compact yet highly efficient dust collector, complemented by pulse back-blowing cleaning that
significantly enhances cleaning efficiency.

GARBAGE BOX
Featuring a convenient and quick-access drawer, this garbage box allows for easy cleaning of
collected dust, ensuring hassle-free maintenance of the equipment.

UNIVERSAL WHEEL (OPTIONAL)
The bottom of the equipment can be optionally fitted with smooth-rolling universal wheels for
