The online test bench at the motor factory employs an industrial control computer for centralized management, allowing all test items to be completed with a single wiring setup. This system integrates multiple measurements, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. Its advantages include rapid test speed, high precision, user-friendliness, and excellent reliability. Moreover, it automatically analyzes and judges test results while offering statistical, storage, and printing capabilities for yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be pre-configured.
