Product Description:

This machine is composed of the vertical vibration motor, one 80 mesh screen, square frame, vibrating springs, and all fasteners, etc. It can be operate for the sorting purpose either in single sieve or multi sieves with a compact structure, easy operation, low noise, fine powder, and wide applicability etc.

Working principle:

The basic principle of vibration screening filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor's rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, tilt motion (three-D movement), then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy hammer's phase angle, this can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

Application:

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.
2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.
