The insulation performance of the box body meets the national A-level standard, using advanced wood technology, selecting non-toxic chemical raw materials from well-known international and domestic brands, XPS extruded polystyrene board with good insulation performance, and reinforcement materials. The board is formed by pressing, heating, and vacuuming with a special mold, and the high-strength imported adhesive is used to overlap the polymer composite box body. The sealing is good, and it is not easy to bulge or leak. The cooling speed inside the box is fast, the heat dissipation is slow, and the insulation effect is good. The box board is made of Q195 galvanized pipes 40 * 60 * 4, connected with environmentally friendly waterproof wooden boards using screws, thickened with 2.0mm Yinuo fiberglass, and the outer frame is made of Shanghai Baosteel 304 stainless steel, all of which are 304 stainless steel hinges, locks, corners, hinge seats, lock rods, handles, smooth and durable. The bottom plate auxiliary beam is made by folding four thick hot plates from Wugang at once, and the top of the compartment is equipped with a sliding track (meat hook).
