  1. Servo-driven GH-3015CM+SF-5030LG shrink bundler guarantees superior performance for the high-volume printing and publishing industry;
  2. As the product moves through the seal frame, the seal carriage moves the seal frame forward with the product and the seal bars close to form a film around the product. The seal bars cut and seal the film. After the seal dwell timer times out the seal bars open and the seal carriage returns to its home position;
  3. Servo-driven sealing offers precise electronic control for immediate and accurate sealing action, ensuring strong, consistent seals. The seal opening height is electronically programmed to vary with product height, maximizing output speeds for smaller products.

  5. Servo drives enhance this industry standard's performance by eliminating pneumatic components. Equipped with self-adapt feeding system adjust feed speed automatically according to speed of host machine;
  6. Whole system be standby status when feed by manual or miss feeding, switch-on automatically fill to continued product feeds;

Color touch operator interface accomplish all working date easily, the panel with date memory for various products allows quick changeovers by simply calling up the needed date from the database. Error of shows on screen with automatic inspect function make easier for operator to do emendation;
  8. Continuous cross seal without gap at sealing line, waste film can be saved 10%~20% compared with other traditional equipments which save customer cost a lot;

  12. SF-5030LG adopts advance blowing from the bottom of the tunnel, full use of heat to arise energy efficiency. Frequency inverter controls blowing, adjustable blowing direction and volume from bottom;
  13. Visible window has anti-fogging function and can show the shrinking process in the chamber;
  14. The speed of finger conveyor is adjustable which controls equal distance among products to make sure consistent sealing;
  15. Wrapping up to 120 products per minute, this shrink bundler wraps of magazines, catalogs, books, directories, brochures and other printed materials on-demand, without interrupting production.
