Product Description
FIRM BOND PUR adhesive is a humidity curing 1 component adhesive based on polyuerthane, it expands slightly during the curing process and gives exceptionally strong bonds on virtually all materials.
Application
1. For all types of woodwork, to replace white wood glue.
2. For Window and door bonding, staircase assembly, plywood for internal and external use ( external with surface protection ), bonding of mineral building materials, ceramic materials, concrete materials and hard foams.

Instruction of Use
1.The surfaces must be acclimatised,dry, clean and free from dust and grease;
2. Apply this adhesive only on one surface, bond the surfaces;
3. Press the surfaces together.
l Requires a pressure of minimum 0.6N/mm2 for plywood and joint bonding.Directly adding moisture or high temperature will speed up the cross linking process.
l The bonded parts can be processed after approx.2-3 hrs if sufficient moisture was added.
l Wipe off any surplus adhesive immediately with a cloth.
l Clean tools immediately after use. Cross linked adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
Storage & Shelf life
1. The product is nonflammable. Store dry and shady place, air-tight, protected from moisture during storage.
2. Shelf life: 9months. Stored temerature: 24-41ºC, avoid moisture.
3. After expiry date, the product can also be used if tested qualified.
