Product Description

PSD Series is a gantry moving CNC drilling and milling machine, mainly used for drilling, shaving, chamfering, grooves inside holes and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tubeplates, rotary supports and other workpieces. It can be used for internal cold high-speed drilling with hard alloy drill bit or external cold drilling with high speed steel twist drill bit. Drilling depth of 10D (10x diameter) can be achieved with special crown drill bit. The machining process is NC and easy to operate. It can realize automatic, high precision and many kinds of mass production.

Machine detailed

Machine Bed and Worktable are whole steel plate welding, and the stress is removed by two tempering heat treatments. In order to eliminate the resonance during drilling and prolong the service life of the alloy bit, the bed body and the working table are independently adopted.
 
The CNC system of the machine adopts a full set of Siemens 808D bus version control system, /KND 1000 system and is equipped with RS232 interface and LCD LCD screen, drilling coordinates can realize CAD/CAM direct conversion, convenient programming, storage, display and communication, the operation interface has man-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm and other functions.
The CNC operating system is installed on the right side of the gantry, which can be moved longitudinally with the gantry for easy operation.
Equipped with plate chain type automatic chip discharging device and chip collecting car, used for automatic collection of iron chips. The cooling system is equipped with high pressure internal cooling pump and low pressure external cooling pump respectively, which can be used for internal or external cooling of the cutting tool, and the coolant is forced to circulate.
