 Our company is focus on textile finishing machine area as Chinese professional manufacturer, the relax dryers are suitable for drying, relaxing and shrinking of dyed or bleached knitwear and delicate woven fabrics from cotton, synthetics or wool and its blends. Fabric is allowed to achieve shrinkage nearest to residual shrinkage value, bringing soft and voluminous feel.

 I. FABRIC ENTRY AND EXIT SYSTEM

    ----Overfeed roller movement has been controlled by inverter.
    ----Conveyor Belt tension-compensation system: automatically pneumatically control, keep belt tension go smoothly.  
    ----Conveyor Belt guide correction system: independent inverter and automatically pneumatically control. 
    ----Conveyor Belt is controlled the speed of each layer, equipped and driven by seperate motor/inverter. No motor saving and more advanced.


 II. FABRIC EXIT SYSTEM
   
    ----Rubber belt transfer the fabric without any slippage ,running smoothly, have no tension force to fabric
    ----Swing roller tidy the fabrics
    ----Pneumatic parts applied instead of manual adjust parts, totally automatic.
    ----Fabric without wrinkle, without tension when exit from machine.



III. FABRIC DRYING SYSTEM
 
      -----Fabric will be floatly forwarding inside of the chamber by Hot-air blowing driven by Siemens motor.
      -----Fabric will be recovered to natural status with natural mositure content.
      -----Nozzels have been specially designed and made of  superior carbon steel,low-noise,high-strength,the air-blowing is highly average.
      -----Folding filter, easily pull out and push into covered by stainless steel net.
      -----Beautiful appearence, chamber has an entirely whole frame, even five layers chamber, no need to seperate and assemble again in customer's factory, strong structure, perfect seal, container transportation for saving cost. 
 

  IV. ELECTRICAL
 
      -----PLC+INVERTER, famous brand, advanced program and operation system.
      -----Electrical control cabinet is equipped with industrial air-conditioner to cool the temperature.
      -----Serial numbers marked on all connection port
      -----Each chamber is equipped with inverter for seperate control.      
   

  V. EASY TO OPERATION AND MAINTAIN

      -----For filter, normally no need to change, only pull them out and clean them, then push them back easily. Two sides has filters and each side need at least 1 meter distance. 
      -----For Nozzle, it's fixed and no need to replace. Also it will not be blocked, so no need to replace under our design.

 Machine Structure & Function
1FABRIC
ENTRY SYSTEM
  1. Overfeed roller movement have been controlled by inverter
  2. Conveyor Belt tension-compensation system: automatically pneumatically control, keep belt tension go smoothly. Belt will be automatically loosed while the running stop so that keep the belt for always be good condition of using
  3. Conveyor Belt guide correction system: independent inverter and automatically pneumatically control. Both sides have limiting device for protecting the net-belt off-tracking
2DRYING SYSTEM
  1. Fabric will be floatly forwarding by Hot-air blowing in the chamber of tension
  2. Fabric will be recovered to natural status
  3. Nozzle have been made by superior carbon steel,low-noise,high-strength, the flow of air-blowing is highly average.
  4. Every chamber has 2*11KW blower motor (Insulation Class F, easy maintenance) and high strength steel centrifugal fan which can improve the efficiency of hot-air circulating up to 15%-30%. Both of motor and fan can be drawn out from the chamber for easily fixed and maintenance
  5. Every chamber have 2 sets of filter net, 40mesh stainless steel, it can be easily pull out from chamber for cleaning the wasted fuzz
  6.  The thickness of insulation board is 105mm, stuffed with Aluminum-Silicate material. And the gap between the board have high temperature resistance rubber seal for keep the warm to the utmost
  7. Net belt is made by DuPont company, which material is fiber glass with PTFE coated, high air-permeability and temperature resistance up to 260ºC
