1. A concave and convex labyrinth sealing groove is directly designed on the outside of it, which adds a layer of labyrinth sealing structure and makes the sealing effect more reliable. A sealing ring can be added to the outer end face of the roller, and a concave circular bevel is designed on the sealing ring, and a sealing cover can be added on the labyrinth ring that raised on the circumference closing the roller shaft. The traditional clearance fit between the sealing cover and the roller shaft is changed to interference fit. The gap between sealing cover and sealing ring is inserted into each other. This gap is staying at the inner side of the concave circular bevel of the sealing ring. Because the gap is inverted, the trend that pollutants such as water and ash entering the sealing structure is effectively delayed.2. The moment of inertia is greatly reduced. The proportion of engineering plastic "nylon alloy" is small, which reduces the mass of the rotating part of the roller, the moment of inertia is greatly reduced therefore.
3. The mechanical strength of engineering plastic "nylon alloy" can totally meet the requirements of the use of rollers, and can use mold production, and the geometric accuracy and consistency are guaranteed, providing a reliable guarantee for the mass production.
4. Using the plastic deformation feature of the engineering plastic "nylon alloy", unprocessed assembly manufacturing technique of roller steel pipe can be achieved to ensure the consistency of roller manufacturing precision.
The labyrinth sealing of the rollers assembled with the new bearing seats is filled with appropriate grease in the chamber. The performances of water and dust proof tests on the simulated reinforcement test bench all exceed the national standard and achieve the expected targets.
