- High-temperature resistance. For instance, the surface of a white PET board coated with adhesive can withstand temperatures of 160 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes without issue after practical testing. Additionally, for the protection of ITO conductive film contact roller surfaces, the temperature can reach 150 degrees Celsius for 2 hours without any problems after testing.
- Adhesive-free processing ensures no residual adhesive at any time, making it easy to peel off without precipitation.
- No impurities or crystal points remain after peeling off the protective film. If crystal points do occur and they may adhere to the product, roller compression could damage the product.
- For painted PVC profiles, after high-temperature long-distance transportation, the protective film is easy to remove, does not damage the paint, and leaves no residue.
- This effectively addresses the issue of watermark residue on high-gloss painted products after using protective film.
- Customization for both width and thickness, the width can reach 2500mm Max.
