Our protective films are used in the manufacturing process to safeguard the product's surface during circulation. It is available in two materials: PE and PP. Utilizing micro-structure self-adhesive technology, it adheres stably to the product's surface without glue, demonstrating significantly stronger adhesion than electrostatic films. This product can effectively replace similar offerings from Japan and South Korea.  

 
Our Advantages
  1. High-temperature resistance. For instance, the surface of a white PET board coated with adhesive can withstand temperatures of 160 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes without issue after practical testing. Additionally, for the protection of ITO conductive film contact roller surfaces, the temperature can reach 150 degrees Celsius for 2 hours without any problems after testing.
 
  1. Adhesive-free processing ensures no residual adhesive at any time, making it easy to peel off without precipitation.
 
  1. No impurities or crystal points remain after peeling off the protective film. If crystal points do occur and they may adhere to the product, roller compression could damage the product.
 
  1. For painted PVC profiles, after high-temperature long-distance transportation, the protective film is easy to remove, does not damage the paint, and leaves no residue.
 
  1. This effectively addresses the issue of watermark residue on high-gloss painted products after using protective film.
 
  1. Customization for both width and thickness, the width can reach 2500mm Max.

  1. Protective film for ITO conductive films. For ITO conductive films, the glossy surface and matte substrate require different viscosities. The use of CPP protective film addresses the issue of roller surface contact protection and ensures full protection at 150°C for up to 2 hours. Customization is possible based on the varying shrinkage ratios of substrates after baking at 150°C to match appropriate protective films.  
 
  1. Protective film for the bonding process in new energy coatings. Suitable for protecting glue surfaces of various substrates post-gluing, with no precipitation, ensuring no impact on stripping force or other product properties.
 
  1. Protective film for automotive silver strips and interior components. Its breathability and moisture permeability resolve watermarking issues after application on high-gloss paint products, replacing various imported rolled films.
 
  1. High-transparency protective film for optical products. Featuring excellent optical performance and protection capabilities, it is applicable to mobile phone screens, tablets, and other devices requiring high transparency.
