Q1.What is the MOQ & Price Term ?

A: No MOQ for 1st sample order, Small quantity is acceptable with our neutral packing and the prices will be based on EXW , if order quantities are more than 1000-2000 pcs (depends on different models ) ,the price will be FOB Guangzhou.
Sample order is welcomed.

Q2. Can do customer's design and requirements?

A: Sure,we are direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop and a professional LED team with strong development ability, we can design and develop as per customers' requirements;
For the packing design and product logo,we can customize according to customers' request with MOQ 1000 pcs for each color.If less than 1000 pcs,we will charge the extra printing cost.

Q3. When is the delivery?

A:If with our regular neutral products and packing, delivery time is about 15-20 days depends on the order quantity, if with customized packing and logo ,delivery will be 25-30 days.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We can ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx etc. or by air flight for small orders which takes 10-15 days to arrive.
For official order, we usually ship by sea to port / door which will take 35-50 days according to difference destination.

Q5. What is your payment Term?

A: We accept payment by T/T,Western Union,Money Gram etc...
For amount above USD5000, you can pay 30% deposit in advance to start production and 70% paid before delivery,.
For amount under USD5000, you can make full payment when confirming the order to as to save the bank charges for both sides.
