Co2 laser cutting machine package process:
1. Cleaning machine carefully ,we will check and clean machine very well make sure no oil or dust on machine surface 
2. Remove laser tube into carton box, to keep the glass laser tube safe in transportation.
3. Put oil for all rails and cover rails with film ,avoid water mist etch rails in transportation on the sea 
4. Checking pack list and print manual paper, take clear photos about all accessories to save . The standard accessories included water chiller, exhaust fan, focus mirror, lens, air pump etc.
5. Move the machine into strong plywood box and close box with tapes then tight it well .
6. Print shipping mark on surface of plywood box (like customer company name or anything from customer required )
7. Loading it into container at our factory same time take loading videos and photos to share with customer
8. Tight the plywood box very well inside of container to make sure long time transportation safe 
9. Until now finish all package and delivery process !

1.What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

 
The machine has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to clients feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

 
2.How about the documents after shipment?

 After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

 3.How long is the delivery time?

 For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
