Wooden circular column formwork is a new type of formwork material in the field of construction engineering technology. This formwork is a stereotyped formwork made according to a certain modulus. Using the bending of wood plywood, it is shaped into different radians through high temperature and high pressure to achieve different diameter, so that it is used for the molding of curved buildings to complete the pouring of concrete.
 
Installation
Treat inner ply film with concrete release agent firstly. Fix the steel belts horizontally according to the lines.
If the height is more than 3000mm , please install it as the indication below.

Dismantling
Simply untie the steel belts and the ply will separate easily

Light weight
The circular column formwork is made of high-quality birch poplar, which is lighter weight than ordinary poplar, high strength and good toughness.
 
E.g. 1m diameter and 3m height wooden circular formwork (two semi-cylinders) weighs about 40-45 kg. Generally 2-3 workers can operate and install it, while the steel formwork of the same specification often weighs several tons it must be installed using large mechanical equipment.
Easy operate
A group of workers (2-3 people) can install 10-16 columns in 8 hours. If several groups of workers operate at the same time, the formwork can be installed in one day, the concrete can be poured on the same day, and the formwork can be removed early the next day. The construction period is greatly shortened more than 70% than traditional steel formwork.

Large face plywood so fewer splices and fewer seams.Besides,the birch poplar material ensures the high strength and toughness of the formwork, and the inner&outer epoxy resin film is not only smooth and waterproof, but also has a certain degree of air permeability. The effect of fair-faced concrete, the feel of the formed column is excellent,overall effect is better than other similar products.
