Fully automatic tyre recycling plant for rubber material
1. Process waste tire into different size of rubber materials as request, such as rubber blocks, rubber mulch, rubber granule, rubber powder, etc

3. The tyre recycling system is designed to process whole waste tire into smaller size of rubber as request. Such as 50-150mm TDS rubber blocks from tire shredder, and 10-30mm wire-free rubber mulch from rasper machine, 1-6mm rubber granule from granulator, 30-120mesh rubber powder from rubber powder grinding machine
4. The waste tire can process include car tire, truck tire, and huge OTR tire.
5. The final rubber quality is high and clean, the wire steel and nylon fiber will be 100% seprated.
