3. Cutting knives use genuine edge steel knives, the knife blade with four double-sided carbide hard alloy blades, which is equivalent of four common knives blade life. Authentic life of at least 7 years eliminates causing blunt for long time use and the trouble of sharpening.
4. More humane NC electrical control system. (You can control the start switch(button) only cut one time ,after confirming the weight in need already, then converted to a continuous strip cut) and significantly increased the electrical life ,a simple operation, more convenient to use.
At present, the models of XQ-450, XQ-620, XQ-820, and XQ-1000 are available. And their separate rubber cutting width is: 450mm, 620mm, 820mm,1000mm. And the feed thickness is 1~15mm. cutting speed: 85 pcs strips/ min.

1. The quality guarantee period is twelve (12) months from the arrival of machine at the buyer position of the whole list of equipment. If the quality problems are due to the manufacture by the Seller, the Seller is responsible for repairing at its own expense. The Seller will supply the defective parts free of cost (including transportation to the buyer within the period of guarantee (12 months).
2.If the quality problems are due to the transportation, wrongful and negligent operation or wrong maintenance by the Buyer during the equipment installation, the Seller shall assist the Buyer to make repairs and the expenditure shall be borne by the Buyer.
3.If there is any quality problem of the equipment after the quality guarantee period, the Seller shall still help the Buyer to make repairs, and the expenditure arising shall be borne by the Buyer. The seller is to supply to the buyer first rate, brand new products/equipments.
4.To guarantee the technological and production requirements, the Seller can make necessary improved modification for the technological parameters in Technical Specification only after written authorization from the buyer.
