Rubber continuous microwave vulcanization production line

Use: It evenly and quickly heats the outside and inside of the sealing rubber tape through using the microwave.

Meanwhile, the hot air is blown in the microwave box in order to avoid difference of inside and outside of the rubber tape in temperature which is caused by heat radiation of outside of the tape and enable inside and outside of the material simultaneously to elevate temperature to achieve the craft temperature. So the ideal vulcanization effect is realized.
