Summary
The door foaming line is a 7-station rotary drum used for the foaming of refrigerator and freezer door. The working process is as follows:

After the door shell and liner are put into the mold, te prop cylinder  lifts the lower mold plate to the horizontal position, the injection move to right position by encoder calculation according to different mode, and fill the mixing material into door shell until equably, move aside rapidly after done.

Fixing pin out;  Main driving arm push the drum move 1/7 circle, the filed mold occluded automatically, Fixing pin insert, fixing lock;

It's very moment for the next fixture's curing time done, prop rise up, hold the fixture, unlock cylinder open the sliding block, prop down with the fixture open gentiy;

Operator unload the copleted part and load a new one;

 Arm pin out, and main driving arm return 1/7circle, pin fix.
