Product description
This kind of transformer is energy saving and low loss. Compare with s13 and s11 series, the Off-load loss of S20 is 10% less than that of s13 and 40% than s11,the on load loss is 20% less than s13 and 40% less than s11.This kind of product is commonly used in power systerm, it is the main transformer equipment of medium and small-sized transformer substation for the industry and agriculture. The products adopt the latest techniques,best qulity material and reasonable design, which enables the product runs more stably and greatly improves the product's structure strength,mechanical strength and heat-sinking capability.
Product features
1.The material of the core is made by 0.18 ~ 0.3mm directional silicon steel sheet stacked by punching and shearing, which has good stability. 2.The coil is made of pure copper. The acetal enamelled wire is used for high voltage and oxygen-free copper conductor or copper foil for low voltage to improve the short-circuit resistance.
3.The Dyn11 connection symbol is used to avoid the influence of higher harmonics. It provides high resistance against uncompensated load and improves the quality of power supply. 4.Vacuum oiling is adopted by the transformer to remove bubbles in the core and ensure stable insulating property.
