SMT Automatic High Speed Rotational Solder Paste Mixer

The automatic solder paste mixer utilizes centrifugal force generated by rotation, combined with the force produced by the self-rotation at a 45-degree angle to the rotation axis, causing the solder paste at the top of the can to continuously move downward, while the solder paste at the bottom of the tube moves upward around the can, forming a cyclone funnel-type stirring action. This can smoothly mix the solder paste to soften it, debubble, and achieve the appropriate viscosity. After stirring, the solder paste has good wettability, uniform diffusion, excellent printing effect, and achieves the best soldering performance during the reflow process. Its features are as follows:
Stirring does not require pre-thawing of the solder paste.
The dedicated control circuit allows adjustable stirring time and speed, making operation convenient.
The solder paste is placed at a 45-degree angle and rotates along the axis direction, preventing it from sticking to the lid.
The operation is stable, with low noise, and has the effect of natural temperature recovery and air bubble removal during stirring.
The solder paste can does not need to be opened, making it safe and easy to handle. The clamping fixture is suitable for various packaged solder cans.
There is no moisture problem, and it does not damage the shape of the tin powder.

If you need to stir two cans of solder paste at the same time, ensure their weights are approximately equal, with a difference not exceeding 50G. If you only need to stir one can of solder paste, use a 500G counterweight based on the weight of the solder paste, or use an empty solder paste can filled with an equivalent weight of scrapped solder paste or other items as a counterweight. To stop the machine during operation, press the power switch to stop and cancel the current operation. If the machine's upper cover is opened during operation, the machine will automatically stop. To continue the stirring operation after closing the upper cover, there is no need to press the power switch again.
