Sandwich Panel products are composed of two layers of formed metal panels (or other material panels) anda polymer insulating core foamed and cooked into shape directly in the middle of the panels. These finishedsandwich panels are easy to install, lightweight and efficient, The filing system uses a closed-foam molecularstructure as well, which eliminates condensation of water vapor. The outer layer of steel sheets is molded totake full account of structural and strength requirements and aesthetics, while the inner layer is molded as a flatpanel to suit various needs

Handmade color steel plate

High-quality handmade purification panels. The four sides are reinforced with galvanized keels. The interior can be filled with hollow glass wool, rock wool, glass magnesium rock wool, calcium silicate, aluminum honeycomb, paper honeycomb, etc. The preferred high-grade coated color steel plates or stainless steel plates are used as the surface layer. Combined with high-strength adhesives, they are formed by cold pressing or hot pressing to create a high-grade fireproof architectural decoration reinforced composite board.
Machine-made sheet material
The machine-made purification panel is composed of color-coated plates or stainless steel plates as the surface layers (upper and lower layers), with different core materials and high-strength adhesives in the middle. It is a kind of wall panel and ceiling panel required for the purification workshop, which is formed by continuous automatic forming and rolling compounding.
