Applications

This series is sanitary butterfly valve operated by pneumatic or manual used for stainless steel pipeline system.

Operating Principles

1.This series butterfly valve is either remote-controlled by means of an actuator or manually operated by means of a handle.
2.The actuator is made in three standard versions, normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air activated (A/A).
3.The actuator is designed so that an axial movement of a piston is transformed into a 90°rotation of a shaft. The torque of the actuator is increased when the valve disc contacts the seal ring of the butterfly valve.valve is closed.
4.Selected The handle for manual operation mechanically can lock the valve in open,close,middle or other positions to control the flow rate.
