Cantilever top covering membrane winding packaging machine
The fully automatic rocker arm roof wrapping machine is an integrated device that implements winding + roof wrapping. It acts as a moisture-proof and dust-proof vacuum packaging for goods, thereby protecting products, saving packaging costs, reducing workers' labor intensity, and improving packaging effects.
Roller Conveyor Line
1. The roller conveyor line is mainly responsible for the conveying function, making the goods smoothly conveyed to the packing station during the packing process.
2. The frame is made of carbon steel plate.
3. The active/passive shafts are made of ¢20 carbon steel round steel and galvanized.
4. 08b carbon steel small roller chain is used.
5. The guide rail is made of steel.
6. The sprocket adopts steel matching standard sprocket (tooth surface quenched).
7. Chain tensioning adopts bearing seat tensioning.
8. The roller adopts 60 carbon steel galvanized thickened rollers, the outer width of the conveyor line is 1450mm, the effective inner 1260mm (according to the specifications of the goods customized size).
