Product Overview
Different types of level indicators
Radar level indicators are suitable for continuous measurement of material position inside closed silos. Test real-time level of material, the testing range can be customized according to the height of the cement silo or other types silos. The maximum range of the product can reach 120m, and the blind zone can reach 8 cm. The rotary level indicator is for testing level of solid material (powder, blocky, granular, gelatinous etc.) It is with advantage of good sealing, overload protection, easy installation. The testing sensitivity can be adjusted by adjusting the spring.
Because of its higher operating frequency and shorter wavelength, it is especially suitable for solid and powder applications, cement silo, fly ash silo, powder silo etc. It has unique advantages in high dust and harsh temperature environment. The instrument provides flange or threaded fixing methods, making installation convenient and easy.

When there is no material beside the blade, the indicator will continue to rotate. The action will be changed into an electric signal too. The tensile strength of spring is adjustable based on different specific gravity of material. Adjust the tensile strength to the strongest grade if big specific gravity. Adjust the tensile strength to the weakest if small specific gravity.
