Features:
Power system:

Options include power frequency, the secondary rectifier, intermediate frequency inverter AC or DC, and other forms of power. The selection is according to object requirements of workpiece and welding processes, so as to ensure excellent welding performance

Control system:
Adopting German technology. Components include Mitsubishi PLC, SMC pneumatic components, OMRON induction switch, to ensure the stability of the whole machine.

Drive system:
AC servo motor drive ensures accurate and stable operation.

Conductive system:
Conductive shaft using silver conductive tile rotary device which results in a good conductivity.

Pressure system:
Pressurization systems are uniformly regulated to transfer pressure. The related components are made in Taiwan or Japan.

Cooling system:
This machine adopts an inner cooling system, which not only makes the work environment clean and tidy but also effectively ensures the safety of the working machine.

Welding wheel & Adjusting system:
Welding wheels are made from high-quality Copper Alloy from our company which is durable in use and has excellent conductivity. At the same time, the machine is equipped with a welding wheel adjusting system, which helps the surface of the welding wheel to be smooth.
