Product Description

Grinder food pulverizer / spice grinding machines
General pulverizer: This machine is suitable for crushing and processing of many kinds of dry fruit,mushrooms,minerals and chemical raw materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical, geological, agricultural, scientific research and other units. 304 stainless steel is used for the whole machine and the contact material of the product. The horizontal vertical blanking is fast, and the fineness can reach 20-120 mesh. The working principle is that the main shaft of the motor drives the machine to rotate at high speed. The movable plate and the fixed plate collide and rub with each other, and impact with each other to obtain powder. The crushed material enters the collecting bag after being screened through the sieve hole by the action of rotating centrifugal force.

Working process

By means of relative motion between movable and fixed discs,material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth
and impact among the material.The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel 304.The advantages of it are simple structure,high production capacity and convenient cleaning.Currently it is the pretty ideal one among coarse crushing machines.
