The ice slurry machine can transform seawater to slurry ice ,which of the water content can be adjusted between 20%-60%. Ice-water mixture is mainly made up of tiny ice crtstals and water, and the size of ice crystals is around 0.25mm to 0.5mm. the soft texture of ice slurry that wouldn't make any damage to seafoods' surface, and wraps products completely,even flow into seafoods'entrails,which for keeps these products fresh in a long transportation.
