Honeycomb Ceramic Catalyst Substrate

The honeycomb ceramic catalyst substrate is mainly used in the catalytic purification device of gasoline engine exhaust gas, diesel engine exhaust gas, and industrial organic waste gas.

Honeycomb ceramic catalyst substrate has many straight channels, which enlarge the surface area of the unit flow area thousands of times. When all kinds of harmful gas flow through the honeycomb ceramic hole, which will react with different catalysts coated on the honeycomb ceramic hole surface. Harmful gas becomes harmless gas emissions and discharges into the air.

Features:
1. Thin wall thickness, thin channel wall, and high catalytic efficiency.
2. High surface area, ensure exhaust gas have enough contact with the catalyst.
3. Low back pressure, good airflow.
4. High compressive strength, not easy to deform.
5. Low thermal expansion coefficient, good heat resistance.
6. Good thermal shock resistance, and high strength.
7. Stable water absorption rate, firmly adsorption capacity.
8. Ideal matching with various active catalyst components.
9. Accurate size control, good for encapsulation.
10. Complete specification, diameter 5 to 350mm, 100 to 600 CPSI.
