COMPACT CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to specific dust conditions. As dusty exhaust enters the unit, larger particles immediately settle at the bottom of the dust collection box due to initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then flows through the inner walls of the cartridges and is safely discharged by the fan, ensuring a contaminant-free environment.

This dust collector features an advanced automatic cleaning system for the cartridges. An electromagnetic valve activates to release compressed air through blowing pipes, targeting the cartridges. The resultant high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the outer surfaces of the cartridges, depositing it in the dust collection box for easy disposal.
The vertical cartridge installation is designed to maximize pulse cleaning efficiency and effectively prevent any secondary dust accumulation, ensuring a consistently clean and efficient operation.
