Rubber Coated Roller
Most wrapping machines stick the rubber on the roller with glue, which are easily broken while workingg, and it'll make the film crumply. If there is label on pallet, it'll be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. 
X1 pallet wrapping machine uses ruber coated roller to avoid rubber dropping problem, and stretch film soomthly, after stretching, film can still be transparent, and barcode on label can be easily scanned.
 
5. Safety Devices

1. Machine is made of ABS+Steel body, which could prevent electric shock and leakage.
2. Film carriage bottom safety device: When worker's head or foot touches the bottom of the film carriage, the machine will stop running and alarm.
3. If film carriage falls down, the anti-falling device will catch it immediately.
