HDZD500 Semi-Automatic Collating Machine 

This machine is for Smart card sheet collation, including multiple layers (generally 5 layers) stacking, ultrasonic welding and high accuracy collating. One operator is required to operate the machine. Its product can be taken to lamination directly. It is normally for 2 film and 3 sheet collation, multiple (3~5) sheet collation can also be realized.
 
Feature:
  • The machine enjoys small size and high flexibility.
  • The machine is mainly stations include sheet loading table, two sets of foil spooler unit, sheets stacking and positioning, layers positioning station, ultrasonic welding station, cutting and output stacker.
  • Machine supports three sheets and two foils material collating, as well as 3~5 sheets collating.  
  • Well designed and manufactured structure and components make the transportation and clamping of layers smooth and no scratch on layers.
  • Product enjoys high accuracy due to high standard double sheet detection device, OCR positioning detection system and web guiding system.
  • Magnetic foil protective tape been collected automatically.
  • The machine runs with stable performance 24 hours×7 days.
 
Semi-auto Collation could be upgraded to Auto Collation with an auto feeder.
