PRODUCT OVERVIEW
1. The national standard flange WQ (D) - S series all stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pump adopts a stainless steel precision casting shell which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance,environmental protection, high head, and large flow rate.
2. The oil chamber adopts a fluorine rubber double end mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single-sided fluorine rubber mechanical seal effectively reducing the sealing water ingress problem caused by friction between the skeleton oil seal and the shaft.
3. The motor adopts high-temperature wire, F-class insulation, and thermal protection device, effectively extending the service lite of the pump.
4. Customization of anti-corrosion cables, PTFE machine seals, and high-temperature liquid parts configuration can be made according to customer specific requirements

PRODUCT USAGE
Suitable for construction buildings, hospitals, residential communities, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory wastewater and aquaculture, pharmaceuticals, beverages, seawater and saline water, solid particles contained in general corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.

CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Medium that cannot cause significant corrosion to 304 or 316
materials when transporting liquids (special liquid order inquiry);
2. Transport medium temperature: 0-60ºC;
3. Based on the center of the impeller, the diving depth cannot exceed 5m
4. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4 -10), 316 (4-13);
5. Is the kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium 7X10(-7)~23X10(-6)m²/S.
