1. Can I buy small quantity?

Our MOQ is 100 sets. Yes of course, we can accept small order only if we have available stock quantity to meet your needs. Please send us inquiry with your order quantity, we will quote to you accordingly. For small orders, we will need your quantity to check our stock before quoting.

2. OEM / ODM service?

Yes. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own designer team. So it's also welcome to choose our ODM products.

3. Where is your company?

ShenOne is located in Shenzhen. When you arrive at Guangzhou, we can pick you up and visit our company if needed. It is very convenient to visit us.

4. Payment?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, and so on.

5. How to control quality?

1. We have our Quality standard system and AQL level index for all our products.

2. From original raw material to every production process, we have the orders, records. Inspectors inspect all steps.    

3.During mass production and before shipments, the QC inspectors inspect base on AQL index and make sure products are qualified.

6. Lead time / Shipping time?

1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS etc, shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area.

2. By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.

3. By sea port to port: about 20-35 days
