Silicone oil SC-72002 is a multi-element copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether. It is suitable for the finishing of cellulose fibers and synthetic fiber fabrics, impact the treated fabrics good smoothness and super soft hand. This product is environmentally friendly, does not contain banned chemicals, and complies with the European Union Otex-100 standard.

[Instructions]

1. Emulsification method: emulsify according to the ratio of 72002: emulsifier=3~5:1. Put 72002 and emulsifier into the reactor in proportion, stir for 30 minutes, add water in multiple batches, mix evenly to the required content, adjust the pH to 5-6 with an appropriate amount of acetic acid to obtain a transparent microemulsion.

2. Suggested dosage: generally 30-80g/L for diluted preparing emulsion;

Experiments have proved that this product is more effective and safer to use under weakly acidic conditions (pH value of 5.0~6.0)!
