The small single screw extruder can be applied to the mixing, plasticizing and extrusion of different kinds of engineering plastic, modified plastic, masterbatch and other high polymers with feature of uniformly dispersed, plastics coloring and  filling to modify. This small single screw extruder is fully automatic and  easy to operate.

Specification:
1.Control system: PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system.
2. Screw/Feeding barrel material: It is made of 38 CrMoAlA chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing and super-precision grinding, the hardness HRC 55~60, roughness RA≤ 0.4 μm, nitriding depth ≥ 0.6 mm.
3. Heating zone: Mica heater in 3 areas of charging barrel, heater in 2 areas of handpiece. Each areas has a chopper cooling fin covered with security wind shield.
4. Cooling device: Three groups of multi-wing fans to cool air quietly and strongly.
5. Driving motor: Precision gear reduction motor





Features
  1. Screw diameter are 20, 25, 30 (optional). Length ratio is 10 to 30 times are optional. So it expands the scope of various materials processing.
  2. Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl chromium-molybdenum steel. With the surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming and super-precision grinding. So they are hard and wear-resistant, highly corrosion resistant.
  3. Screw with a feeding zone, transportation segment, compression zone and the mixing head. It can process a variety of different materials to achieve the best dispersion effect.
  4. 0-80rpm screw speed stepless frequency control in order to meet the requirements of different materials extrusion process.
  5. Barrel heating using electric coil heater, easy maintenance, easy to install, 5-zone heating can be sure the temperature reaches required. Barrel adopts 3 multi-wing groups statically forced cooling fan, electric heating and wind cooling integrated layout, hedge balance of hot and cold to ensure effective constant temperature.
  6. Die with fast connection clasp, quick disassembly head, easy connection to downstream equipment and test conversion quickly.
  7. Options for diversion plate and the filter mask to prevent unmelted particles and impurities and increase the melt pressure as to ensure the quality of plasticizing.
