The communication protocol is as follows:
Each channel command can be sent individually or at the same time
For example: send the command "SA0100# port", the lighting time of the first channel light source 
is 100μs.
Send the command "SA0150# SB0320# SC0280# SD0999#", 
the lighting time of the first channel light source is 150μs, the second channel light source lighting
time is 320μs, the third channel light source lighting time is 280μs, 
the fourth channel light source lighting time Time is 999µs
Remarks: A - the first channel, B - the second channel; C - the third
channel; D - the fourth channel.
