HARACTERISTICS: 
Our dyeing machines are suitable for processing natural and sBShetic fibers and their blends: 100% cotton, poly/cotton, polyester, poly/wool, acrylic, nylon, ramie/cotton, woolen, etc. Accepting different modules of carrier, the machine is versatile enough to process a large variety of yarns make-ups e.g. cones, muffs, cakes, hanks, loose stock, tops, warp beams, cheeses, etc.
The machines are available in fully blood, air pad and their blends versions.
Main kier and all wetted parBS are made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.
Newly special pump for dyeing is for high efficiency and high performance and energy saving. The motor of the main pump is controlled by advanced inverter.
Heat exchanger offers good result.
Newest type 180o flow reversal valve device for flow reversal without dead time increases number of circulations to minimize shade unevenness.
Low ratio can save the dyestuff, auxiliaries and energy.
Rapid rinsing system can reduce rinsing time and water consumption.
