Structure Features
The peanut shelling machine consists of two key components: a peanut cleaner and a peanut sheller. In the initial stage, the peanut cleaner meticulously eliminates dust, stones, and soil clumps, ensuring the peanuts are thoroughly cleaned. Subsequently, the pre-cleaned peanuts are transported to the peanut sheller, which precisely separates the shells from the kernels, thereby achieving a high-quality shelling process.
 
Working Principle

Peanut peeling machine is also called peanut shelling machine. Peanuts are fed into the hopper by hand, then into the drum, using the internal squeezing force to peel the peanut shells, peeled peanuts and shells at the same time by the front arc bar down through the wind channel by the fan wind will blow the peanut shells out of the machine, and peanut kernel and part of the peanut fruit has not been peeled together to the specific gravity sieve for sorting, sorting peanut kernel to the screening surface line, through the kernel outlet into the bag storage. Part of the unpeeled peanut by the sorting screen surface downstream sieve out, again for peeling.
