AGRISE 30TPD Complete Rice Mill machine Plant mainly consist of :
1.Combined cleaner and de-stoner: separating the light, medium, large impurities and stone from raw paddy.
2. Rice huller: removing the hull from paddy.
3. Paddy Rice seperator: separating the unhusked paddy from the brown rice. Brown rice goes into next rice whitener,while unhusked paddy return to paddy husker machine.
4. Paddy rice separator: selecting the unhusked paddy from brown rice.
5. Rice whitener: milling the brown rice into white rice.
7. Polishing: improving the appearance of milled rice by removing remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel.
8.Rice color sorter: sorting the different colors impurities from the white rice.
9.Rice grader: separate the broken rice from head rice, make the white rice good appearance for better price in market.
10.Rice Packing scale: the finished rice is packed into bag with different size as client's request.
