I. Could you provide SDK if I have my own APP?
Yes, we are the developer of APP and Device, we could provide SDK or BLE document.

2. Can I customized LOGO?
Yes, of course. There are six points customized logo.
1).The brand logo displayed when power on watches.
2). APP icon.
3). APP first page logo.
4). Package (Logo on gift box).
5). Screen printing on strap or watch back cover.
6). using your required strap materials or new finishing technology on watch.

3. Can I customized functions?
Yes, we have professional R&D team to guide your functions customizations and give you praticable suggestions.

4. How about the quality of your products?
Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a professional quality control team to warrant our products quality. In quality control we have more than 20 procedures to execute before complete commercial package.

5. How long is your products quality warranty?
We provide one year factory quality warranty, some long term business partners we can provide upto 1.5 years for replacement of parts.

6. When can you ship out my order after my payment?
Normally samples order, about 5-7 days, mass order 3-4 weeks.

7. Can I visit your factory and company office?
Sure, you are always welcome to visit our office and factory at any time. Our office and factory are tegether.
