The new horizontal carbonization furnace is an internally heated carbonization furnace that can carbonize various raw materials,such as bamboo and coconut shells,but with larger volumes.As it is an internally heated furnace,the carbonized flue gas is fully burned in the flue gas incinerator and flue to generate high-temperature flue gas for driving the boiler.During the carbonization process,no energy is added,and the carbonized flue gas is fully burned,without pollution to the environment, making full use of preheating.
