SMR series shaft-mounted gear reducer is a series of gear reducers improved on the basis of advanced transmission equipment abroad. The shaft-mounted gear reducer provides a very convenient method of use, which can be directly fixed on the drive shaft of the equipment. It is not necessary to fix the gear reducer on the foundation or other foundations, so that one or two elastic couplings and internal belt tightening devices can be used less, Use the screw buckle on the torsion arm to easily and quickly adjust the tightness of the belt.
There are 8 models of shaft-mounted SMR series reducers, from B to J, with maximum power up to 130KW and nominal speed ratios of 5:1, 13:1 and 20:1. Different input pulleys can be selected to achieve various output speeds.
The reducer can be lubricated with ordinary lubricating oil or equivalent synthetic oil.
